FAQ
Q: What does flexitarian mean?
A: Flexitarian itself comes from the term “flexible vegetarian”. Plant-based foods do dominate my diet but I still enjoy eating quality meat. I find flexible also represents my yogic inside me, therefore I picked flexitarian as my journal title.
Q: When did you start living healthy?
A: To be honest, I can’t even remember! Even back in the days my friends in high school have noticed my healthy lunches (veggies, veggies, and veggies everyday!). I think it also runs in the family, as my parents have been always take care of their health through eating right and healthy habits.
Q: What type of diet do you usually go on?
A: I don’t do a certain kind of diet. I just eat what’s right for my body (which the answer is lots of plant-based food intake).
Yes I do cheat on sinful food sometimes; as I am not the healthy-freak type. But I only do it once in a while.
Q: How do you recommend people to eat healthy?
A: The easy way to start eating healthy is to set the mind first. Obtain as many information as possible about the food you usually eat and be smart in choosing what to eat. Consider eating the right food (instead of labelling the food to be healthy or unhealthy) – find the right ones for the benefits for your body.
